Terms and Conditions

1 Agreement

By booking a repair or purchasing products from Top Notch Phone Repair LLC ("we," "our," "us"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2 Services

We provide phone, tablet, laptop, and gaming console repair services, as well as the sale of accessories and parts. Service times may vary depending on part availability and repair complexity.

3 Warranty

All repairs include a limited warranty, as stated on your invoice. The warranty only covers the specific part replaced (e.g., screen, battery, charging port) and the workmanship of the repair.

The warranty does not cover:

  • scratches, dents, or other cosmetic/physical damage
  • issues caused by accidental damage, water damage, or impact after the repair
  • any pre-existing conditions or unrelated device problems

Important Notice

Customers understand that repairs may affect the device's original appearance (e.g., frame alignment, waterproof sealing, or overall look). We are not responsible if the device cannot be restored to "like new" factory condition.

4 Payments

Payments are due at the time of service or product delivery. We accept cash, card, and other approved payment methods.

5 Refunds, Returns & Travel Fees

Repairs:

Refunds are not available for labor or service once completed. Refunds may only apply to defective replacement parts such as charging ports (subject to warranty terms).

Screens & Parts:

Once we install a replacement screen, your original screen is disposed of. If you later request removal of our installed screen, a $30 removal fee will be deducted from any refund, as we cannot reinstall your old screen.

Travel Fee:

A $29 travel fee applies to all on-site repairs. This fee is non-refundable, even if the repair is canceled or the customer declines service after the technician has arrived.

Accessories/Products:

Unused, unopened products (such as cases, chargers, or cables) may be returned within 7 days for a refund or exchange.

6 Liability

We are not responsible for data loss; customers are advised to back up their devices. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or issues unrelated to the repair.

7 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
