Terms and Conditions & Warranty Policy

1. General Terms

By requesting or authorizing any repair, purchase, or service from Top Notch Phone Repair LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”), the customer (“you”, “your”) agrees to all of the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all repairs, part replacements, phone and accessory sales, and related services performed by Top Notch Phone Repair LLC.

2. Customer Responsibility

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to back up all personal data and files before any service or repair.

  • We are not responsible for data loss, corruption, or device malfunction that occurs before, during, or after service.

  • Customers must provide accurate information about their device, issue, and condition before service begins.

3. Limited Warranty

3.1 Coverage

  • All replacement parts installed by Top Notch Phone Repair LLC are covered under a limited warranty only if the customer has purchased a warranty plan.

  • The warranty covers defective parts or workmanship only and does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, or misuse.

3.2 Warranty Void Conditions
The warranty becomes void immediately if:

  • The device shows any physical or liquid damage, including small cracks, scratches, or dents.

  • The device was repaired, opened, or tampered with by another technician or repair shop after our service.

  • The issue is caused by software updates, user negligence, or abnormal use.

  • The customer cannot provide proof of service (invoice or receipt).

3.3 Warranty Repairs

  • Warranty repairs include replacement of defective parts only.

  • The customer remains responsible for labor costs and travel/service fees associated with warranty repairs.

  • Replacement under warranty does not extend or restart the original warranty period.


4. Liability Disclaimer

  • Top Notch Phone Repair LLC is not liable for any damage that occurs before, during, or after repair — including, but not limited to:

    • Power failures or devices that do not power on after repair.

    • Touchscreen malfunctions or display flickering.

    • Device overheating, short circuits, or fire incidents.

    • Software corruption or update errors.

    • Customers who request aftermarket (non-OEM) parts acknowledge that these parts:

      • May differ in color, brightness, or responsiveness.

      • May flicker, drain battery faster, or perform differently from OEM parts.

      • Carry no guarantee for original-level performance.

    • No refunds or replacements are provided for aftermarket parts unless covered under a written warranty.

5. Device Condition & Acceptance

  • Devices are inspected before repair; however, hidden or internal issues may not be visible or detectable during check-in.

  • Customers must check their device at pickup. Once the device leaves our possession, we are not responsible for any future issues or claims regarding its condition.


6. Sales of Phones & Accessories

  • All device and accessory sales are final.

  • No refunds or exchanges are accepted once an item has been opened, installed, or used.

  • Pre-owned or refurbished phones are sold as-is unless a specific warranty is stated on the receipt.

  • Customers are responsible for confirming carrier compatibility, iCloud or Google lock status, and cosmetic condition before purchase.

7. Payments, Deposits & Fees

  • Full payment is due upon completion of service or purchase.

  • Deposits made for part orders or service appointments are non-refundable once work begins.

  • Travel or on-site service fees apply for mobile repair visits and are non-refundable even if service is declined upon arrival.

  • For warranty repairs, customers still pay labor and travel fees (pricing determined per policy).

8. Data Privacy
All customer information (name, phone number, address, email, etc.) is used solely for scheduling and communication purposes. We do not sell or share customer data with any third parties except where required by law.


9. Limitation of Liability
Top Notch Phone Repair LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including data loss, profit loss, or emotional distress.

  • Any claim exceeding the total amount paid for the service or product in question.


10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
All disputes arising from these terms shall be handled in the Gwinnett County court system or another competent

jurisdiction within the state.


11. Acknowledgment
By requesting a repair, purchasing a product, or confirming a service appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, Conditions, and Warranty Policies.
